About

My interests and passion for fitness started at the age of 5. Performing push-ups and sit-ups becoming daily bonding activities to spend quality time with my stepdad. This early exposure to daily energetic activities led me to live a very fit lifestyle that helped instil a confidence in myself and propelled me to fulfil the biggest dream of my childhood in becoming an athlete.

Fast forward, I played handful of sports growing up but football captivated my desires to pursue as a career out of all the sports I was involved in. I played football for 9 years straight (That’s not including the early years of playing in the small narrow hall ways of my homes) Throwing perfect spiro’s to my self and performing unbelievable diving catches on the couch) I highlighted that 9 year journey by playing 5 years in the CJFL with the Calgary Colts.

I transitioned my love for sports and football into becoming a youth football coach and a certified personal trainer for the past 4 years. All those years and experiences of being an athlete has allowed me to understand the human body and it’s real time physical movements on a deeper level. Combining that with my knowledge from my studies and technical skills of coaching has enabled me to create an empowering and insightful training experience in the fitness world. I believe the foundation of any movement or exercise performed effective and efficiently starts with the understanding of how the body moves, It’s alignment, and proper techniques.
I focus in those three basic yet significant training skills to bring the best results possible for my clients in any goal that they set out to achieve.
