About
After a very unhealthy pregnancy, I decided to take charge of my health. I began learning about strength training and nourishing my body well, which sparked my growing passion for health & fitness. After making lifestyle changes that resulted in a 70lb weight loss, I was inspired to share this new-found knowledge and passion with others.
I hold a Bachelors of Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology.
I have been coaching others in person and virtually for the past three years. My specialization is in coaching beginners in strength training and weightlifting in the gym, as well as nutritional guidance and lifestyle coaching.
