About

My passion for fitness is rooted in my love for sport since a young age (baseball), but truly began in 2011 when I started training for my first figure competition. I have dabbled in various areas of fitness since then including powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and a former university rower. It wasn’t until I injured my shoulder and had to quit rowing that I started to pay attention to the importance of functional fitness and being able to move pain-free.  

 

My background has led me to have years of experience not just weightlifting, but learning from different coaches and trainers. My approach to fitness therefore combines many different training styles – from mobility and movement to strength and conditioning. Versatility in training is not just for athletes, but for anyone looking to build strong, resilient, healthy bodies and gives us the confidence that we can push the boundaries of what is possible! Chase performance and aesthetics will follow!

 

One of my greatest joys is to see people take charge of their health and to help them exceed their expectations while realizing that exercise is the best thing you will ever do for yourself.
