About

Hi, I’m Jax, I have been working in the fitness industry since 2019 and my main goals as a trainer are to motivate, inspire, and make sure all feel included and welcome.
What drives me is knowing that I am helping support my clients to reach their goals, it’s extremely exciting getting to see someone’s face light up when they hit a new PR, or they tell me about the successes they have had that week in-between our sessions.
My promise to you as your trainer is I will work my hardest to support your goals in and out of the gym, encourage you with positive self-talk, as well as provide professional advice and knowledge that I gained through my Personal Training Diploma and certifications. Let me assist you with your fitness and nutrition goals, help you gain a better understanding of your body, and give you the tools to transform your life.
