My training philosophy is based on these 3 key points: Mindset, Programming and Lifestyle. I believe for any individual to be successful, they need to decide on who they want to become, what their specific goals are, and how they are going to best accomplish them alongside a strong accountability system in place. 

I have been a personal trainer for over 6years. My background in sports – mainly football and bodybuilding is what helped m e gain most of my experience, as I played varsity football for the U of C Dinos and competed in a npaa bodybuilding and classic physique show. 

My passion for sports had me going through
vigorous off-season training sessions, which helped me develop strong psychological attributes that I
use in my everyday life and I am able to share with
my clients. I am a certified personal trainer that is
dedicated to providing the best programming, mindset coaching, and motivation to help my clients strive for greatness.
